Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI received, on Friday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, the four new members of the Constitutional Council, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the organic law of the Council, notably those relating to the renewal of the third of its members, a statement of the Royal Cabinet said.
These are:
– M’Hamed Dasser and Mohamed Kasri, appointed by HM the King.
– Chiba Maa Alaînine, appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
– Mohammed Itirkine, appointed by the Speaker of the House of Advisors.
During the audience, the new members took the oath before the Sovereign, in accordance with the provisions of organic law of the Constitutional Council.
The audience was attended by Chairman of the Constitutional Council Mohamed Achergui.
