Morocco on Thursday obtained a loan of 110 million U.S. dollars to develop its ports sector.
The loan deal was signed here between the Moroccan Ports Agency (ANP) and the French Development Agency (AFD), a joint statement of ANP and AFD said.
The loan will improve the competitiveness of the Moroccan ports managed by the ANP, meanly by protecting the infrastructures in the face of rising sea levels, and strengthening their urban integration, the statement added.
