Jack Single
On a first-time assignment to his dream destination of Morocco, photographer Jack Single found the colours and textures of the foods, textiles and architecture to be as vibrant as the locals.
Camel trekking, Agafay
Historically, camel trains were used in Morocco to conduct trade along routes in and around North Africa. These days, adventurous travellers can experience camel trekking – as well as mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding – in the Agafay desert, which is home to rugged mountain ridges, canyons and resilient fauna and flora.
While temperatures drop in the evening, the desert landscape offers some of the most beautiful night sky visibility I’ve experienced.
