Rabat – Australia is willing to establish an enlarged partnership with Morocco, said, on Wednesday in Rabat, Australian Emissary William Bill Fisher.
“We are seeking to further promote our relations with Morocco to establish a useful partnership in several fields,” Fisher told MAP following a meeting with Head of Government Abbas El Fassi.
The Australian official congratulated El Fassi for the progress achieved in Morocco in numerous areas, saying that the Kingdom “is a key country” in the region.
El Fassi, for his part, shed light on the political and constitutional reforms undertaken in Morocco under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI.
The calm and transparent atmosphere marking the legislative elections of November 25 was also highlighted during the meeting.
