HM King Mohammed VI held Wednesday a telephone conversation with the US Secretary of State John Kerry, the Royal Office said in a statement.
The phone conversation focused on the Sahara issue, the statement added.
On this occasion, Kerry told the Sovereign that the US stance remains unchanged and is part of the framework commonly agreed by HM the King and President Barack Obama in November 2013 in Washington, the statement pointed out.
The US Secretary of State also told the Sovereign that dialogue between the two countries will carry on to reach, on that basis, a final solution to this regional dispute, the statement concluded.
