On the political side, Portugal’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Paulo Portas is expected in Morocco Friday, in the first leg of a trip that will take him to several countries in the region. During the visit, Portas will hold talks with several Moroccan officials on how to strengthen the bilateral ties between both nations, among other issues.

Also, US and international media outlets write about a member of Morocco’s pro-reform February 20 Movement who died Wednesday, 10/13, in an early morning protest when he fell from a roof after being manhandled by police, witnesses told AFP.
