Candidate doesn’t have a clue
Michelle Bachmann’s statement that the president is to “blame” for the Arab Spring is more than her usual nonsense. It proves she does not have the faintest clue about the realities of the 21st century, but then, her education seemed to have stopped when Elvis died. What is so wrong about the people of Tunisia, Libya and Egypt throwing off the shackles of dictatorships? And what about the other peoples of North Africa and Western Asia? According to her it is a miserable thing when the people of Oman, Yemen, Morocco, Algeria and even Saudi Arabia cry “freedom.”
Either she never knew, or she fails to understand, or, she simply ignores the fact that Reza Pahlavi gained his greatest control while Allen Dulles was director of the CIA under the brilliant leadership of Dwight David Eisenhower.
