Kuwait – Morocco and Kuwait signed a memorandum of understanding to exempt holders of diplomatic and special passports from visa requirements.
The memo permits holders of diplomatic and special passports to enter both countries without prior entry visas.
It was signed following the meeting between Moroccan Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri with Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, said a statement of Kuwait¹s Foreign Ministry as quoted by the Gulf country¹s news agency KUNA.
