SUPPORTERS of Wiltshire Air Ambulance are climbing the highest Atlas Mountain in Morocco to raise money for the charity.
The team of 16 head off on October 1 and they are hoping to raise more than £15,000. The event comes at the end of National Air Ambulance Week, which encourages businesses and schools to arrange an event to raise funds for the charity.
Head of fundraising Caroline Corrigan said: “This year’s team are made up of people from around the county and over the last 6 months the team have had lots of fundraising activity to help reach the target amount.”
