Rabat – The Khat Achahid (Martyr Line), a group opposed to polisario, said that the visit of Kerry Kennedy and her delegation to the Tindouf camps was politically motivated and was in no way a mission to assess the situation of human rights.
The Kennedy Center delegation was keen to meet the polisario puppets but it did not bother to try to contact or communicate with other political actors, including Khat Achahid activists, the movement said in a statement to Arab and international media.
The delegation deplored the fact that the delegation contented itself with meetings with members of the intelligence services reporting to the direction and their torturers.
“It is a resounding scandal for Kerry Kennedy, who claims to defend human rights, to shake hands with torturers whose hands are still stained with the blood of Sahrawi martyrs,” it said.
