DOHA: The Gulf Paradise Hotel has organised a Moroccan Food festival for the fifth consecutive year “Flavours from Morocco” till September 8, with a 10–day Dinner Buffet open from 6.00pm to 11.00pm in coordination with the Moroccan Embassy in Qatar and the Association of the Moroccan Community in Qatar.
Mostafa El Morabethi, Minister Plenipotentiary/Deputy Head of Mission from Embassy of Kingdom of Morocco in Qatar and his wife along with the Hotel’s General Manager, Fouzi Mohideen and the Executive Committee members of the Moroccan Community in Qatar Hathim and Ms Mariam are seen here opening of the food festival.
The Food festival is held at the Hotel’s main Restaurant, Al Thoraya located in the Lobby Level. The Executive Chef, Leandro commented that along with his two Moroccan Chefs, Hisham and Mohamed, he would be having a variety of Authentic Moroccan Dishes which includes variety of typical Moroccan Salads, the famous Harira Soup, different flavours Tajine Dishes and followed by the traditional Moroccan sweets and the mint Tea will be served.
