A former worker at the Disneyland in California has accused the park’s administration of practicing racial and religious discrimination. According to a law suit filed by Imane Boudlal, an American citizen of Morocco origin, the park’s administration banned her from coming to work wearing a hijab, and as a result, the Moslem woman had to quit the job.

The incident with Imane Boudlal clearly shows that the ideas of multiculturalism, which have carried to an absurdity, are confidently getting into America from Europe, where such incidents have long become common.

According to Boudlal, the reason for filing a suit against the Walt Disney Company was the company’s unwillingness to allow her to wear the hijab during her work at a café in the park. Moreover, Boudlal insists that she was regularly harassed by her colleagues who called herterrorist and asking if she could make a bomb.

According to an official statement by the Disneyland administration, the wearing of hijab by workers at the café is not envisaged by its rules and Boudlal was offered to choose a job at several other places. When she refused these options, the administration offered her a special uniform. This decision satisfied another Moslem worker who anticipated wearing a hijab. However, Boudlal decided to leave the job and file a suit against the company. Notably, the former worker hopes to not only get a compensation but also some amendments to rules that will help Moslem women to wear hijab without obstacles at work.

Undoubtedly, Bouldlal’s initiative will be welcomed by human rights activists with pleasure. However, the fighters for all kinds of rights, including dubious ones, should understand that the scandal over wearing a hijabcontrary to the company’s rules is an alarming signal. Until recently, Europe has been the main victim of the idea of political correctness which has been blown up to an unimaginable level. In Europe the desires of the minority groups, who have no intention to integrate into society, have long claimed to become a law for the indigenous population. In fact, if Moslem radicals believe that they have the right to urge to destroy contemporary Europe which offered them all what they needed for life, moderate Moslems are, softly speaking, painfully responding to any insinuation against them.

We should remind of threats by Islamists to the Dutch daily Jyllands-Posten which in 2005, published controversial cartoons of Muhammad to draw the attention to double standards and liberal censorship. Another incident worth mentioning is the brutally assassination of director Theo Van Gogh who made the controversial film “Submission” that condemning violence against women in the Islamic world by Islamic radicals.

The connection between the problem of uncontrolled immigration and the fast growth of neo-Nazi movements cannot be denied. An obvious example is the recent tragedy in Norway where an ultra-rightwing terrorist Anders Breivik launched an attack in Oslo and then killed 77 people and injured another 97 at the youth camp of the Norwegian Workers Party. According to Breivik, his terrorist attack was a response to the policy pursued by the left-wing government that harms the indigenous people of the country. At the same time, the popularity of ultra-right political parties that promise to defend traditional European values has sharply grown.

Of course, there is a huge gap between the law suit and the terrorist attack. However, one cannot deny the ideas of multiculturalism that have been brought up to their extreme and proved to be a failure, and are a real danger for the American society. Taking into account the attitude of Americans to political correctness, it’s easy to suggest that the seeds of dubious concept might fall on quite a nourishing soil.

Such a scenario could only ignite the ultra-right movement in the U.S. which poses a serious danger. This is proved by the recent incident at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin where a member of an international neo-Nazi group Hammerskins shot devotees. After losing control over the situation America might find itself between two fires, between Islamists and ultra-rightwing white terrorists.
