Tunis — The Moroccan government expressed commitment to answer as soon as possible the letters rogatory about the assets in Morocco of ousted president Ben Ali and his son-in law Sakhr El-Materi.
Moroccan Minister of Justice and Liberties Mustapha Ramid reaffirmed, at his meeting in Rabat with Abderrazak Kilani, Minister in the Prime Minister’s office in charge of Relations with the Constituent Assembly, his country’s full readiness to co-operate with Tunisia in this case, says a communiqué released on Thursday, by the Prime Ministry.
Kilani paid a working visit last June 3-6 to Morocco where he also conferred with the Moroccan Minister in charge of Relations with the Parliament and the Civil Society and the Speakers of the House of Representatives and Chamber of Advisors
