Rabat – The Government is keen to prepare “seriously” the next elections, said on Tuesday Interior Minister, Mohamed Laenser.
“The Government is keen to treat, with due seriousness, the preparations for the forthcoming polls and meet all the conditions of success for electoral events that will promote our country,” said the minister, during the weekly session of oral questions in the House of Advisors.
He recalled that, as part of the implementation of constitutional provisions, before holding parliamentary elections of November 25 was held, the promulgation of organic laws of the various consultations and related texts were carried out.
The government, however, remains “open” to the introduction of amendments thereto, if any, “according to the methodology of dialogue with political actors,” he said, noting that the executive is required to adopt more than 20 decrees and decisions directly related to the upcoming polls, including the regional division.
